Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

You must provide photo evidence of the damage, defect, or issue.
Please email us at support@letsgohijack.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

A description and photo of the issue

Whether you’d like a replacement, exchange, or refund
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label.
After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship a replacement, process an exchange, or issue a refund, depending on your request and availability.
Damages & Issues
Check your order the moment it lands.
If something’s off — damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — contact us immediately with your order info and photos. We’ll handle it.
Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, LETSGOHIJACK is not responsible for any issues caused by the carrier — including delays, lost packages, or delivery errors.
If an incorrect or invalid shipping address is provided during checkout, we cannot intervene.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.
