LETSGOHIJACK reserves the right to discontinue products or limit quantities per person, region, or jurisdiction.

Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is sent.

Prices include what is listed at checkout; taxes, shipping, customs, or import charges may apply.

Payment is processed via Shopify and its providers. We do not store full payment information.

By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use your payment method.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates; LETSGOHIJACK is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. International customers assume all transit risks, including loss or damage.

Incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with photo evidence of the issue.

Email your order number, description, and photos to support@letsgohijack.com.

After approval, we’ll provide a return shipping label and process a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on availability.

SECTION 6 – PRIVACY & DATA USE

Your personal information is collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, shipping, billing) and automatically (cookies, pixels, device info, IP).
