Shipping & Delivery

U.S. Orders:

  • Typically ship within one week.

  • Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after processing (total estimated time: up to 10 business days).

International Orders:

  • Shipping times vary by country.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

  • Once the carrier accepts your package, risk of loss transfers to the customer, except where prohibited by law. LETSGOHIJACK is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after hand-off to the carrier.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We cannot issue refunds for orders marked as delivered.

 


 

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping details before checkout — we cannot change addresses once an order is placed.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 


 

Tracking

You’ll automatically receive an email or text with tracking details once your order ships.

If your package appears delayed, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for updates.

 


 

International Orders

Customs processing times vary and may cause delivery delays.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to customs issues, the customer is responsible for any return shipping or re-import fees.
